I'm happy to say after foolishly renting for years I finally decided to buy a house.  I tried it out for a couple years by renting a small one.  I decided that was the way to go so I purchased this nice simple 3/2/2 close to where I work.

Its a good starter home.  Nothing fancy, but plenty of room to start out with.  It is in a nice quiet established neighborhood with big trees so I'm pretty happy with it.
